Professional Summary
We do not hold people accountable but rather create the conditions for accountability to exit.

Equity work is a practice of understanding the relationship between a part and the whole. We cannot focus on one without also focusing on the other. Otherwise we create unintended consequences.

My role is provide insight, inspire curiosity and develop the skills and tools in organizations that help them effectively unearth assumptions and use self-reflection to inform decisions.
